Submit Your Material

For Songs & Mixtapes:
- All INDIVIDUAL tracks must be in "Mp3" format and attached to the E-Mail. -NO LINKS!
- For MULTIPLE TRACK or MIXTAPE submission, the content must all be in ONE folder and in ".zip" format.
- Remember "iTunes & Mp4" is NOT an industry standard based software. (example)
- Make sure your tracks are properly tagged. (example)
- Make sure your tracks are properly labeled. (example)
- Must attach picture for tracks, or album art for mixtape! (at least 600px in width)

Videos:
- Include a Screenshot for the post!
- Send Youtube link - Vimeo is also accepted but would rather you send Youtube.
- Make sure you include the Title, we're not going to guess what to name YOUR video.
- Include any background information that you may want included in the post.

Pictures (This is for Models, Photographers, or ANY other person who has artwork they want to submit)
- All images must be at least 600px in width.
- Please include the name of your business (artist) or your agency or manager, if you have one (model).
- (MODELS ONLY:) A minimum of 5 pictures must be sent, please dont send one or 2, and you must include at least one head shot, and one full body shot.

UPCOMING Mixtapes:
- Attach a picture of the front cover of the mixtape (the back too if you have one).
- Include ALL mixtape info (Name of mixtape, Artist Name, and Release date of mixtape) in the BODY of your E-Mail.
- Include any other information you would like posted with the mixtape in the BODY of your E-Mail.

- Make sure that you type "Submission For PA Vets Hip-Hop" in the SUBJECT FIELD of your E-Mail or it will be ignored.
- Include your Twitter name in body of E-Mail.
